17 ministries and 40 govt agencies defy MoFAGA directives to send details of their employees

KATHMANDU, June 19: At least 17 ministries and 40 government agencies have defied the directives of the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (MoFAGA) to send the details of employees and the status of vacancies.

KATHMANDU, June 19: At least 17 ministries and 40 government agencies have defied the directives of the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (MoFAGA) to send the details of employees and the status of vacancies. 



According to MoFAGA sources, the ministry issued circulars five times so far. But other ministries and offices have been ignoring the circular of the ministry. A total of 17 ministries and 40 different agencies have ignored the directive of the MoFAGA.

Spokesperson Kamal Bhattarai at MoFAGA said that more than half of the ministries and offices have ignored their circular to send details of employees. “We have issued circulars several times to send details, but our circulars have not been implemented,” he said.
