Chand-led group padlocks twelve ward offices in Achham

ACHHAM, July 7: Cadres of outlawed Chand-led group have padlocked twelve ward offices in Achham on Sunday.

ACHHAM, July 7: Cadres of outlawed Chand-led group have padlocked twelve ward offices in Achham on Sunday.



Pamphlets bearing the name of Seti Mahakali Bureau of Chand-led outfit were recovered from the ward offices, according to police.

Ward no 1 of Mangalsen municipality, ward no 2 of Dhakali rural municipality, ward no 2 and 7 of Turmakhad municipality, ward no 5,7,8,9 of Panchadewal Binayak Municipality, and ward no 3,4,6 of Ramaroshan rural municipality were padlocked by the cadres of Chand-led group. The cadres also vandalized the ward offices.
