KATHMANDU, Oct 22: A tragic motorcycle accident in Kailali claimed the life of one person. According to the Kailali District Police Office, the victim has been identified as 36-year-old cyclist Data Prasad Chaudhary, hailing from Joshipur Rural Municipality-4, Hasnapur.
